Great location- our stay was in November so crowds were very low. Attentive and helpful staff. Clean, great views, loved the unit. Wished there had been a broom in the unit- we always took off shoes and sandals at the door and yet sand at the beach will always find a way- nothing terrible but would have been helpful. Great place.

Our unit was on the 20th floor with a fantastic view of the ocean. Check in was fast and easy without any pressure to attend presentation. Room was clean and had everything we needed including midweek cleaning. Be aware the parking garage is across the street unless you choose to use valet parking. Two complaints 1.bath towels were thin and worn out 2. Someone above us was outside on balcony constantly smoking cigars even though smoking is not allowed. We did alert front desk.

We’ve stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Anderson Ocean several times now, and once again, it did not disappoint. Somehow our reservation was lost, but the front desk staff were extremely accommodating and genuinely apologetic. Since they couldn’t locate our original one-bedroom reservation, they created a new booking, then upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite. While the resort itself could benefit from a few updates in certain areas, the Hilton suites remain modern, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. We especially love the convenience of the full kitchen and the easy beach access. The addition of the new elevator security feature is a great touch too—offering extra peace of mind for guests.

The property location is quite convenient to the Myrtle Beach tourist area. I exchanged my regular timeshare for six (6) nights with an oceanfront two-bedroom condo. The staff is terrific—especially the valet parking service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The view from our 21st-floor condo was stunning. The unit was fine overall. The kitchen equipment, however, is in dire need of replacement—from cooking pans and prep bowls to essentials like a whisk and other utensils. I purchased a decent whisk—simply for making breakfast eggs and pancakes—and left it for future guests.

The location is great, nice views and walkable. The hotel has been slowly just not focused on people and the little things. They use to have your bed decorated with towels in small animals or duck, leave candy. Now the bed sheets feel like your staying at quality inn and just the basics are losing focus.

This was our second visit in two years. The facility is conveniently located on the beach with easy access to water and beach activities. We enjoyed the convenience of moving from the pool area to the beach without having to load up on family stuff and trying to keep track of everyone. Staff was great and responsive to our needs and requests. Housekeeping was constantly at work maintaining a great level of cleanliness. We were quite pleased with the accommodations. Be prepared for congestion when loading or unloading due to a shortage of space near the building. Significant and convenient parking is located across the street. This is a great family resort.

My wife and I were lucky. We had an ocean front 2 bedroom unit. I expected a partial ocean view but got the ocean front so my wife was very happy. We found several issues with the room upon arrival but after notifying them they sent someone up in 20 minutes and took care of it. Very prompt. The room was very clean and modern. The mattress and pillows were less than perfect but that is to be expected. Didn't have an issue with the luggage cart ( it helps if you get there before 4pm). Didn't hear any outside noise next door or down the hallway. The little store in the lobby could be better. Coffee, chips and drinks but no food unlike Ocean 22 which is another Hilton property 3 blocks away. Also only alcohol at the pool, no food like Ocean 22. Minor issues but really didn't make a difference in our trip. They do have a world class spa in house which was awesome!! The garage was a block away and it's a lot cheaper to self park unless you have a disability. All the employees were kind and professional. No bad attitudes. Overall, Hilton timeshares at Myrtle Beach are top notch. You really can't go wrong. We would definitely be returning.

Great resort, great location. Comfortable unit. The kitchen is outdated, some dishes were not clean but we had a great stay overall.
